About Us
There is a long history in Laxå,
building special adapted cabs and chassis. It started
in the name of “Fordonsskräddarna” during
the 60-ths and has also been hold as an Scania-plant,
during the 90-ths.
All through the years a great knowledge about the Scania
product has been developed. That togheter with a brilliant
cooperation with Scania, and a lean production for small
series, is of course key factors for Laxå Special
Vehicles.
We were established in January 1st 1999, but the long
history in Laxå has given us great advantage for
the future.
Today we are a part of Scania production of CP28 and CP31,
better known as CrewCab, of LowEntry, and all types of
chassis modicfication within a factory way of work.
Don't hesitate to ask Your Scania dealer / distributor
for any kind of modifications, outside Scanias already
huge range of std products. Our knowledge of commercial
vehicle modifications is well known, so consider us as
the complete company for special vehicles.
